Technician stopped by to give a new unit estimate while the normal sales guy was out of town. He fixed our broken A/C for no charge, though he cautioned it would only be temporary. Still, fixing it to give us some time to choose the right new unit in comfort meant the world to us. May or may not go with them for the new install, but definitely would recommend for service.

I purchased a home several years ago that was 40+ years old with a furnace inside that was nearly the same age. In the middle of winter, that furnace went out and I was afraid I was going to have to find a way to come up with the money to purchase a new system. I spoke with Best Service that evening and they had a tech on site the next day! Despite my outdated furnace system, they were able to get it up and running that day, keeping me and my home warm throughout the rest of that winter AND the next several winters after that. If you need help with your heating or cooling system, you need to call Best Service!

Our furnace had no heat last Fri. I called the Best Service and a gentleman told me they would send a technician on Saturday to check it. The techincian did come as promised and unfortunately, it needed a new inducer and the part store closed during weekend.
This morning (Monday), the Best Service located the part and immediately sent the techincian to repair our furnace. Now the furnace is working and we are happy, especially when outside temperature is dropping.

i have used this company many times in the past. They have always showed up on time and were very friendly and professional. My furnace and A/C unit are old but they have managed to keep them running for me. I would definitely recommend this company as I already have to some of my neighbors.

Thankfully, we got a second opinion, and Best Service lived up to its name—charging us only a couple hundred dollars instead to fix the problem. THANK YOU for being honest.

Our heat stopped working on the coldest weekend they showed up when no one else could. They fixed the furnace and even found out we had a warranty on it that we didn't even know about. They also do their best at keeping your bill to a minimum. I would call them again.

First let me say that I usually do not do these sorts of reviews, and also these folks weren't able to service my central air unit and get it up and running. That being said, I will say that I will highly recommend them if you do need service. Jason (tech from Best) came out on a service call, worked for quite a while to diagnose the issues. Turns out, unknown to either of us at the time, I have a really unusual A/C unit that his company is unable to get parts for. He did all that he could to diagnose and repair the unit, but in the end it does need parts that he was unable to procure. Even though I offered to pay the $80 service call for all that he did, he would not accept it and was extremely courteous and apologetic that he was unable to help us. I feel that he went over and above, in that he eased our mind, by telling us things that weren't an issue with the unit, and pretty much armed us for the next company that comes to look at it. I would say that everyone I spoke to or dealt with at Best were courteous, prompt and professional. I'm just sad that they're unable to get the needed parts because I'm certain that they would've dealt with us fairly and in a timely manner.

I have a care plan and have not been disappointed with the service. However, if I'm forced to schedule in a 4 hour window, I expect someone to be able to show up within that fairly large window of time. I'm disappointed with that because it's a lot of time to have to sit around and be available to wait on someone. My time is valuable too.
