Would recommend this company to anyone. Their technicians did excellent work. They were very efficient, very friendly, arrived on time being respective of my time. Overall, a definite 10 with 10 being the highest.

My mom's furnace was dying on March 31st and it was cold in her house! The furnace died on April 1st, and Dawson Heating and Air Conditioning, worked their schedule to fill her in right away! Their professionalism and promptness really made a huge difference in going with their business! I also want to add that they are reasonably priced and are not out to take your money! I highly recommend Dawson Heating & Air Conditioning for your heating and cooling needs!

My 70 year old mother spend 3500 dollars on air conditioning unit back in april of 2021. The Dawson Company said, they would get everything working because it's brand new air system. Since then, the system has not being working at all. My mother has COPD and CANCER and HEART FAUILURE and ASTHMA. This company is very unprofessional and they have been out to our house 3 times since April and they said they would need more money. I don't understand if we spend 3500 for the system and its not working why would we have to spend 500 hundred dollars extra. My more has been in the hospitilized twice in ICU because she was having difficulty breathing. My mother is already on oxygen. I had to take my mother to my house it's been in the 90's for several days. I will be contacting a lawyer and I have file a complain the the BBB. I would not support the Dawson company and for this black company you are very shady. How can you take advantaged of a woman in her 70's and we called you have a nasty attituded and you lie about showing up. I bet yall wouldn't do your mother like this. I'm shaking my head at this black buisness.

They restored my heat. However, there were and are other problems. I will be getting a new system.

First off... the rear of the work van states "Bitcoin accepted" or something along those lines. I didn't realize I was ordering A/C service off the dark web. Anyway, I was told my "line set" was bad and I'd need to cut out a bunch of ceiling drywall to give him access to repair the line set. I decided against using this company and called Logan Services. They replaced my A/C and furnace at an obvious much higher rate. However, they used the exact same line set this dude told me was leaking. So far, zero leaks. I tore up the ceiling in my garage per this guy's instructions to fix a problem that wasn't broken. I was told the leak was in the compressor, not the line set. It's been over 2 months and the new A/C is still kicking with the old line set. I think the dude's a fool and scam artist. My opinion. He cost me a bunch of headache and money going off his advice. My advice to consumers... spend the extra money- and go with someone wont steer you wrong. This guy was a home warranty suggestion and wanted various trips to the house so he could charge the warranty company.

So... you're saying you're not the company who came out? Then please tell me why it took you 4 months to respond and now all of your addresses come up on Reading Rd. as opposed to a Dayton or Tipp City address? What is the name of the owner of your company? Stop trying to fraud people. If my review is wrong, then prove it and report it. You know I'm right. People reading this... trust me... this dude is a snake. And he's welcome to meet me and figure everything out... and if you're not the same company, better change your name or do some research. Dawson Heating and Air was referred to me by A10 home warranty.
