Dawson Heating and Air Conditioning is an excellent company to serve all your Hvac needs. I had the pleasure meeting Todd, who came out to inspect my systems months before installation. He was sincere, professional, informative and thorough. I felt Confident to furthering business with installation. I had 2 hvac systems installed and a hot water tank. The initial crew for demo were great. Tim and Jeff completed install of both systems and water tank. They were professional, courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. They were skilled with installation, and were always offering helpful techniques. They notified me apon arrival, when took breaks, and summary for next day job. I am very pleased with service even with pricing of units. Thanks again Dawson's for excellent, top notch service! I will be continuing serving yearly with this company.

I am so appreciative of Russel and Brianna, the HVAC techs that came out for Dawson's. My house hold was hot and uncomfortable. And can't afford buying a whole new system.

We had Apollo come out and the tech said the repair was going to cost several thousand as the heat pump/air handler is old and parts for it are expensive and may be hard to find but recommended that the system be replaced.. (for the price of my second born child.)

The Russell and Brianna came out and diagnosed our problem in less than 30 mins on the first trip and less than 30 minutes to replace the parts. Since the parts didn't come in for a few days they fixed it so it would work in the meantime. We are so grateful kudos to Russell and Brianna from Dawson's!!!

They sent 4 people, 2 worked on installing the furnace, and the AC unit and 2 to determine where the new ducts would go and install them. All of the workers were kind,, courteous and helped each other as needed.They explained every thing they did according to the agreement, wanting to make sure we knew that they did what we requested, and if something was different they explained why so we underrstood. They did a great job!!!

Above and Beyond. Dawson Heating and Air Conditioning went above and beyond to repair and replace our AC unit. What started as a small job ended up being a complete AC overhaul. Dawson stood by us the entire time from financing to a walk through after all the work was completd.

They have a very knowldgeable and professional staff and they will be used in the future for all of our heating and cooling needs.
