I had the joy of having Smylie One install a new air conditioner and furnace at my home. Working with Steve Smylie is an absolute joy! He has professionalism, knowledge of various HVAC systems for a home, and a pleasant & caring personality. Additionally, he holds the the highest degree of integrity which shines through from start to finish and that includes the fine HVAC tech men he hires. It's lways a blessing to work with this company and I'm proud to say I've been a customer for over 12 years. His men are clean cut, hard working, polite, enthusiastically LOVE working for Steve, and did a detailed installation within a 2 day period with no hitches. My AC and furnance have worked perfectly since installation!

Courteous. Prompt. Quality work. Attention to detail and the customers best interest in mind. This was my experience with smylie. They didn't push me to buy the biggest and most expensive ac and furnace. They did however present me with all the options, in clear and easy to understand terms. They were there when I had questions. Let's be honest this isn't a small purchase. They also pointed me in the right direction for financing part of it. I do highly recommend thier service plan that once you purchase, even if you have an emergency that they have to come on off hours or a summer day it still costs you the standard rates. Saved my butt a couple of times.

Everyone I dealt with was professional and courteous. The driver was prompt and friendly. The problem I have us, they kept trying to push the "plan" on me.

The serviceman told me about the plan options, told me there was no pressure to buy, then immediately asked which option I wanted. The plan seemed like a good deal, in principle, however, because I didn't sign up for the plan before he got there, I wasn't eligible for the discounts it would have provided. So my question is, what if I signed up for the plan and had a horrible experience with the company/driver? Why would I want to deal with them again, to utilize my plan? Other companies offer you the option of joining after the job is complete.

The other problem is, the price of the part was totally inflated. I found the same part online from anywhere from $200 (OEM) to $350 (Aftermarket) cheaper. He even tried to throw in a $65 filter that is $29 in stores. All of this on top of the $90 service call. I ended up installing it myself. It had four screws and two clip on wires. Took about 15 minutes.

Friendly service, but way too pricey. And they could stand to be a little flexible with their plan.

3 years ago I was new home owner with appliances on their way out the door and some HVAC issues. 2 other well known companies came out and quoted me astronomical prices and the customer service was subpar. The Whole Smylie one team won me over, They treat you like family from customer service to the technicians that come out. If my favorite tech Jacob can't make it I trust everyone they send! Top of the line Company of only there were more than 5 ⭐️

From the first time I had Jacob as my technician I never wanted anyone else to handle my service calls. He is efficient informative and walks me through what he is doing or needs to be done. I trust him implicitly. Smylie One has a very good employee in Jacob

They come out twice a year to do my furnace/ac clean and check. Very good service and every one of their technicians I have come to the house have been great. I know if I ever had a major problem that I would not have to worry and have the confidence they would help me out asap. I would recommend them highly.

Smylie One just updated our two 20 year old Unico AC systems to 19 SEER, replacing single stage condensers with smaller variable condensers to be unobtrusive to our landscaping, replacing single speed blowers with 2 speed blowers. and matched coils. Job involved many discussions and a few iterations for us to decide on exactly the equipment we wanted for the job prior to ordering equipment. The installers were extremely knowledgeable and professional, with attention to every detail of the job. Job site was cleaned at the end of each day. Smylie One even designed and bent a prefinished aluminum cover to hide the line sets. They were extremely careful of landscaping. System was installed to work as two-stage with our Nest thermostats. Would highly recommend Smylie One for a great job!

Great experience with the team at Smylie One. Just had my entire home serviced and a furnace replaced. We couldn't be happier with the level of service we received. We only recommend Smylie One to our family and friends.

Hired this place a few years ago. They came to house a couple years ago to fix a broken gas line. I am capable of doing myself but was feburary and didnt want to. So I had them come out to apparently slam a pipe in the ground and tell me it was fixed. I was billed 600 plus dollars for a repair. When I arrived home is still had no gas. After an hour on the phone with the company then the plumber is still had no gas. They then came out 2 days later and told me the pipe must have collapsed and the line needs replaced. I told them no I do not trust them . I then 2 weeks later removed the old and replaced it myself. Come to find the suposed repair man did no clean up his sloppy work and the pipe that was repaired was packed with mud. So now not only do I have to deal with them comming after me to collect the debt I owe for improper service. I also payed to replace the whole line (parts, price to rent ditch machine and my time) . Now it have to deal with the credit union to dispute this unethical charge. If you choose to go with this company good luck.

HVAC work and rates are really good but plumbing is seriously overpriced. They wanted $4000 to install a tankless hot water heater. Looked it up, the unit itself was $1000 retail, they wanted $3000 for labor and a few supplies (retail about $100) and most of our connections were readily available. Outrageous. But the hvac work they did was great (new a/c last summer)
