Smylie One Heating, Cooling & Plumbing

Came out for a drain leak through the ceiling, plumber put in a new wax seal. Issue wasn't resolved. They don't open ceilings and coordinating someone to come out to open the ceiling is impossible. No one called me back until a family member complained because they are having the same issue in another house. Another company came to complete the job and the insane amount of money I spent for this non fix had to be removed and redone so it was a waste of a few hundred dollars.

Smylie One recently replaced an old HVAC system I acquired with a recent move, with a higher efficiency furnace and AC unit. The price was extremely fair, but more importantly, the people doing the installation did an incredible job and very professional. I highly recommend Smylie One. They have taken care of me for many years without fail.

Smylie One is a company of integrity! We worked with them when we first bought our house 3 years ago to replace existing central air and again today to replace our water heater. They do not nickle and dime you or try to sell you anything you don't truly need. All of their staff are extremely knowledgeable and kind and they get the job done right, quickly and cleanly. Our water heater went last night, I called them about 9am today, they had someone out and installed a brand new water heater by 4pm. AND, that's after having to do more work removing and replacing pipes to get the new water heater where it needed to be! Smiley One will certainly be our go to for all of our hvac/plumbing needs from now on and we will tell all our friends and family to call them when needed! Thanks again!!

I have been using Smylie One for over 20 years. I always have great service and everybody there is wonderful to work with. They are always professional. I had an issue with my furnace this weekend. They were out within a few hours and diagnose the problem. I had to wait till Monday for them to get a part. They were at my house by 9 AM and got it fixed very quickly. The service technician was awesome!

Really impressed by their professionalism during the quoting process. We are looking to replace our entire HVAC system and Ron took the time to walk through our entire house, understand our needs and answer any questions we had.

I cannot commend this company enough. We had a plumbing clog turn ugly when the snake broke a pipe. Smiley owned up to the disaster and got everything fixed, including a flooded basement room, at no charge to me. They got it fixed up quickly, the week before Christmas! This is not something you see much these days. This company is ethical and professional and I will use them for all my heating/cooling/plumbing needs from now on.

Smylie was the only company out of 3 others honest enough to tell me sinking more money into my central AC might not fix it. I had them install a new system. John went above and beyond to fix poor duct work from the original installers. Installation was on a Friday, and John called me Saturday to make sure I was happy. It was 90 today and my house was FINALLY cool! I can't express enough gratitude to John and his assistant Russ.

We had central air installed in our home by Smylie One and will be having a hot water heater installed soon, too. The technicians did a wonderful job with the installation and were very helpful and communicative about the process, how to use the system and the new thermostat, and how to maintain the unit as time goes on. Highly recommended.
