Very professional group of people - during the quote process Chris was on-time, and he listened patiently to our concerns and our wants. Without a hard sales presentation - yet he provided much needed information (he did NOT give us that used car salesman feeling), he was not trying to push his own agenda.

I can not say that Keystone's quote was the cheapest. We got 4 quotes - Keystone wasn't the cheapest, but they were comparable, and the price was within our predetermined budget of what we were willing to spend. And we felt that we were going to get the quality products & service that we wanted. The most important factor was having one company doing all the work in ONE DAY (ALL the electrical, plumbing and HVAC done in one day by one company).

Our home is 25 years old, nothing was broken we just wanted to be proactive going into our retirement years having new equipment. This was a BIG JOB - installation of a new hot water tank, new AC unit and new furnace -- which included relocating the AC unit to the side of our house and relocating the hot water tank from the center of the floor to the opposite wall in the basement, and we gained some usable space.

On the day of installation, the guys showed up on time (Larry, Lucas, Drew, Brian and Will), they were professional, knowledgeable, kindhearted and respectful from beginning to end.

The crew worked efficiently, and cleaned up all their mess inside & outside. Hauled away the old equipment. Cleaned and sealed ducts & vents. The new installations of pipes and electrical work is neatly done in the basement - the crew was professional and knowledgeable in their job skill sets and they explained the work they were doing from the start and when they were finished they explained how to operate the new equipment.

We just moved to Canal within the last month and needed after-hours AC service yesterday. I called Keystone because they were "local" and had 24 hour service. The technician was SUPER helpful, very thorough, very polite and, most importantly, was able to quickly get my AC back up and running! Their prices are AMAZING -- more than fair!! I can't tell enough people about Keystone Heating and Cooling!! I will use them every single time I need any service on my furnace or AC. Thank you for such great service!!!

I called to get an estimate on a new furnace and ac. Based on my development and floor plan he was able to tell me roughly what it would cost. Chris came out looked over everything and gave me the final estimate which was very reasonable. The following week 2 men arrived at the time they said , covered my floors, and with one working indoors and one outdoors were finished before dinner. I highly recommend! Keystone

We were given Keystone's contact information from our home warranty company who required us to have our AC unit looked at by them. I had heard nightmare stories about placing a home warranty claim and started out extremely skeptical. Much to my surprise, I was able to swiftly schedule an appointment and was speaking with a technician in no time. It became apparent quickly that Keystone was going to do the job right and not just recommend a temporary "band aid" for our problem (Unit was 22 years old with a major Freon leak). Reed made sure to thoroughly explain all of our options and when issues came up during the process, he was there to guide us through. Overall, I am extremely impressed with the communication and dedication to quality of service. Keystone went above and beyond to make sure that the job was done right and that we were satisfied- we will absolutely be using them again (Hopefully not for a long, long time though).

Keystone installed a new furnace for me after the heat exchanger in my 17 year old furnace developed a hole. Their price was competitive and they installed the new unit in less than 4 hours. Very happy with both the sales end and the installation end. I would recommend them if you need heating or cooling work.

Quick response for new customer system installation, then terrible ever since.
After purchasing an entirely new Trane system through Keystone...they were quick to get the sale, then took several months to install, meanwhile I am already paying everything. Then had to replace unit due to poor quality installation. Now 7 months later still have not correctly installed replacement system.
BTW... installer used my old filter each time. KEYSTONE continue to say they will take care of the problems, but have not followed up a single time. I've been waiting and calling almost every week with no followup response.

Chris and the guys that installed our new ac unit were great!! Very professional and mindful while working in and around our house. My 7 month old shepherd and 4 year old daughter can be a little much to work around but they did it with a smile. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great contractor!

Poor installation and quality control on their work. I had a new HVAC unit installed a little while ago and have had nothing but trouble ever since. Repairman has been back around eight times since the installation to fix a variety of issues. I don’t recommend Keystone for new unit installations.

I had a great experience with Mike and crew from Keystone Heating & Cooling company,Winchester Oh. There is probably nothing more frustrating when you hire a contractor and constantly get bugged that the job will require more money or need more money. Keystone Heating & Cooling stood by their quote and never compromised the job. I would totally recommend Keystone Heating & Cooling to anyone requiring a new furnace installation.....Great Job Guys !
