One of this company's technicians threatened to assault me physically and teach my family "some respect" because he wanted to park his Keystone van on a public street where my wife, teenage drivers, and I park our vehicles. When I called the company to express my concern about my safety and my kids' safety, I was told this was none of the company's business. I beg to differ. This technician is regularly speeding down our street in his Keystone van and using his Keystone van to harass and intimidate my wife and teenage drivers. The owner of this company was rude and dismissive of my concerns. I would not trust this particular technician in your home nor any other if the owner is unwilling to take responsibility for what his employees do with company vehicles. If they don't care about my family's safety, they don't care about yours.

Glad I found these guys. I had two different companies come out and quote me for a furnace **REPAIR**. The first guy -- name on the service sticker, suggested a new furnace at $7k — no thanks. "Being too old to fix" isn't really a good enough reason for me to drop that coinage on my 1000 sq. ft. ranch in UA. Keystone fixed it on the spot for next to nothing. It turned out that I had a faulty flame sensor. Honest, professional, extremely knowledgeable. New Sticker is on my furnace now!
