No heat. It was Christmas eve day. Brendan Brown, owner, came out. Very nice guy. He was the only one to respond. Came out within a short time, saw the problems right away, explained them and corrected them. Excellent service, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We will likely be changing to his company for all our HVAC service needs. Thank you, Brendan.

First off, communication was fantastic. Secondly, I'm an absolute perfectionist and his work was impeccable. I was strongly considering doing the AC install myself but after talking with him for just a few minutes I had complete trust in him and decided to let him go ahead with everything. Lastly...well I could keep going...but he was really friendly and nice to talk with. For sure recommend and will to anyone who asks. As far as pictures....his sheet metal work is perfect and the line set, I am installing my own cover otherwise he would have done it.
