My mom had them install a new furnace several years ago. Everytime it breaks down it takes days for them to reply. I'm waiting right now. She is 87 years old she needs heat. it's been 5 days so far. Not impressed.

We had a I-Wave system installed in our home for better Air Quality. I highly recommend this product and Elite Heating and Air. Our air quality is greatly improved and there are many health and safety benefits to this system. Removal of odor, dust, germs, pollen! Don´t even think about it!

I had a furnace and heat pump installed in Oct. 2015. I was in the process of putting new siding on my house and they ended up drilling holes that did not work for the piping before realizing it before hand.
The system worked fine except for certain days. I asked them MANY times to come look at it but they never came or said they would and never showed up.
More than two years of waiting for them to come look at the problem and finally they responded and sent some kid just out of school to look at it. I advised that it seemed to be in the thermostat but the guy never looked at the thermostat settings. He worked up to lunch and said he had to go. When I called and asked, if they would charge me they said no. Nothing fixed.. same problem. So I looked into it more myself and found a setting in my thermostat was wrong. Problem solved.
A few days later the system started to make noise intermittently. It never did it before they sent someone. So I called them to take a look right away and didn´t use it. They guy was there two hours and left telling my wife he would have to come back. When I talked to the Ops Manager, he told me some rare problem was occuring where a drop of oil was in the line causing it to make noise. End result he said to run it or they can replace the unit.... After just over 3 years! To get a response, we need to call 5 times a day with them telling us, they will call back but never do.
They then sent us a bill for almost $400 which a month earlier cost nothing because it was warrantied.
Since that time we continued to run it, but the system has lost all functionality to heat. I tried calling them today to talk to the owner, but again. They will not call back.
My recommendation is not to do business with these people. They only make things worse when they come and bill you for it.

Refused for several years to give a bid on an central air unit. I begged for years. But happy to charged me near $400 to repair the current unit a few times cashing in a 15-20 minute repair that had to be repeated annually. Very disappointed and feel deceived and ripped off.

Called to have someone look at the heat. Was told to call somewhere else. Wonderful. But they would take my number......for what? So I can freeze all winter long? No thanks. Don't bother calling. You will just waste your time like I did
