They put in a brand new heater for us which at start up made a loud noise. We had them over twice to fix it and they could not, the third time I called they didn't even come over. I called Slant Fin(manufacturer), he asked for the error code and told me what was wrong on the phone, they called a different heating place who fixed the problem. Why couldn't Dakota do this? I was not impressed.
