I have always had excellent customer service at the Fargo ND store. Staff is eager to assist with questions and are knowledgeable with their products.

Store is ok prices are ok but if you have a question about one of there products don't ask the manager he will attempt to belittle you for asking. Case in point I went in to get a replacement belt for my $1000 band saw I purchased there I asked the person at the till were the belts are because I could not find anyone else. She polity radio for help when the manager arrived he said very rudely "we will need a part # or at least know what saw you have" I replied I have this saw and herr is the part# then he started rudely we don't carry replacement belt you have to order it. Wow could you just say you don't have belts at all before assuming I blindly drive around town looking for a random belt.
I petty the staff that work under this guy. Business would be better if he just stayed in his office and was no longer allowed on the showroom floor.

I needed some Trailer hubs. Called the store and got ahold of Randy hes the store manager. It was 7:55pm and asked if you could stay after 8 so I can get there and purchase new hubs. He stayed 20mins past 8. What amazing customer service from Randy and Westin for staying at work for me. It shows that there is still good customer service and good companies in the world. Thank you Randy and Westin again.

I appreciate that the guys that work here know their equipment and they try to save you money when buying parts. Without assistance I would have spent over $300 today, but the guy showed me the stuff that I needed and saved me $200 by getting the parts for my pressure washer that I actually needed.

I purchased a Vogelzang Mountaineer wood stove to replace a Franklin wood stove.

Once it was in place and the fire was lite, it was a world of difference.

I'm getting at least 50-60% more heat from the wood used and that quantity is much lower with the Mountaineer than with the Franklin. The cost of the stove was very good and the service/help of the employees at the Fargo store was excellent.

The one thing that I didn't expect, was on the initial burn that there would be so much material that burned off the stove. That did create some bothersome smoke, but it did dissipate after a while.

I'm very happy with my purchase expect a warm feeling for several years to come.
