About the worst northerntool I've been to. If you want anything at that store you are better off going in then checking their inventory online, says they have on hand via their website but don't have anything on hand. Very dissatisfied and will be finding another store to shop at from now on.

Some tools look like they are of lower quality. Overall the store comes in handy for a few items but would not buy most of my tools from this store.

They had some things in stock I wanted and a couple I needed. Overall, this is a pretty good store. My only complaint is, they send me catalogs with coupons stuck to the cover. The first one I peeled off was expired. Okay, no big deal, I had the one they sent me a few weeks after that...but when I peeled it off, It was also expired! It had the same expiration date as the one I'd received a few weeks prior. I hadn't even had the 2nd coupon very long, so I kinda felt tricked into shopping there. Oh well, like I said, I got a couple things I needed.

I have found that the FARGO store staff always is kind and helpful with whatever my problem seems to be! I was in there this morning and they went out of there way to make sure i left satisfied!!!!!!! GREAT GROUP OF PEOPLE! I only gave them 5 stars because that all there is THANK YOU GUYS

Long story made short bought a log splitter and somehow part of the money was credited back to me but wasn’t in my account so I told the manager Randy I would pay it once the money was in my account. He didn’t like that so he said he was going to turn me in for theft. I contacted there corporate office and they were way less rude and easy to work with. They were polite and said they would be looking into what happened. I recommend not shopping at the store in Fargo unless you want to get threatened with theft.

Very helpful when I made a purchase of a trolling motor and graph during their Triple Crown event. Helped get me extra bonus money plus carried the trolling motor to my car in a snowstorm.
