Very professional and courteous. We had a big job that they handled in a timely manner-they actually stayed late to finish, so we would have heat! (Weather changed-GOT COLD) We felt comfortable having them in our home and that the job was done right and they were considerate of our needs. We would highly recommend Bolen and have already!!

Fantastic team performed a full new system installation including heat pump/AC outdoor unit, air handler, and complete new duct work in a remodeled farmhouse. They still use the hard duct for the return and main supply line. Beautiful job! Ray, Ronald and Luke were a great team and very professional. I'll be using them for all my HVAC needs in the future.

Great company! Technician arrived on time and was professional. He took time to explain what was wrong with my furnace and fixed the problem. Repair rate was very reasonable. Would definitely recommend!

Bolen installed new heat pump about a month ago. Unit is working fine. Crew got here on time and had complete job done in 6 hours, start to finish. Crew are members of one family, they are local and have been doing this for a long time. Father and his two sons, friendly and professional. Be sure and get Angies list discount.

We chose Bolen after getting a few other quotes to install our two new Trane systems. What a great choice that turned out to be for us, these folks are great, they were right on time from the very first appointment, they gave us very understandable advise, they wore shoe covers and put down a covering over our carpet. To find a service company this day and time that "keeps their every word" is a very refreshing experience!! As far as I am concerned there can't possibly be another HVAC Company out there that can be better!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BOLEN HEATING AND AC!!!!!

Office staff and first technician to come to my house were nice. I did end up getting charged the amount I was told. When the second technician came to do the part installation in my basement, I told him to knock at the door at the top of the basement stairs if he needed me. At some point he came upstairs and turned on the thermostat without our my knowledge. It's possible I didn't hear him knock, but if he had announced himself, there is no way I wouldn't have heard him. I didn't realize he had come upstairs and was in my house until he mentioned needing to turn the thermostat back down. Bothers me! Mrs. Douglas Meis

For the past 8 years I have used Bolen to do all the maintenance on my Heat Pump. I called to have an exchange coil that I just purchased brand new put into my heat pump. They refused to take the job just because I did not purchase the coil from them. Why should I have to pay and extra 20% on a part?

Well you just lost a loyal customer.

Received notification of appointment with phone call and email. Tech (Carson) called 30 mins before time to arrive like I was told would happen and had problem diagnosed quickly. Told me my options and had the repair shortly after that. Will definitely call with future issues.

Staff were easy to contact and schedule my service call. Carsen was professional and knowledgeable about both of my A/C units (current service call) as well as the unique modifications a prior owner made on my heating unit (prior call).
