We absolutely love our new Trane HVAC system. We are as amazed as you guys are that we had a 25 year old Trane system that worked up until a month or so ago.
We are still in the “Awe” state of mind over our new system and are having a hard time deciding on how to set it to stay comfortable. It just works too well. We are used to “settling” for whatever temp we had. Our new system runs quiet, looks good and we are hoping for another twenty five year system.
We cannot say enough how much we appreciate the way that you guys handled our install from the beginning of quotes to the end product of a working HVAC system. Your family has been professional and courteous throughout.

made a appointment to have my heat pump looked at.the service tech named daniel showed up on time.he also was very helpful in telling me the options on fixing it or getting a new one installed.the service charge was very reasonable i recommend bolen heating air as a trusted company to deal with.
