K&Ms rep, David, thoroughly checked our home for an issue they were called out for. After his assessment, he said I should contact the power company(PC), also explaining to me how to explain the issue to them, to get a quick and safe resolution. The PC 's assessment found, what could've ended up a larger issue.

They were closed on weekends. However, when someone needs electrical help. There is none. There should be some one call 24/6 where people can get something worked on. Especially, when it comes to More Money in your pockets. Think about that. Have a blessed week

Used them for an electrical repair on a 30+ year old furnace. Not an easy task, but they were knowledgeable, diligent and determined to help me. I'm grateful!

Terrible place, they lie and over charge. The tech ran ONE line to power a circuit and placed one GFI outlet and charged almost $700!!! On top of that, I guarantee that if you had his work inspected, it would fail in an instant!! Worst example of a professional establishment I had ever experienced!! Shouldn't even get one star.

The guys at KM Electrical Heating & AC have been great to work with. When it comes to Air Conditioning Repair or Heater Repair they know their stuff. So if you're in the Statesville, NC area and you need a good HVAC electrical contractor to fix your system, them I'd recommend them for sure.
