First time using K M. The service tech that arrived was named Bill. Very nice and courteous. In fact he arrived about 45 mins before the scheduled time. He provided me him the info I needed and corrected the A/C issue. Thanks again, Bill !
I had them install a heat-A/C unit near the end of last summer. They did a fantastic job. I've since called for an inspection of the unit, no issues, just a check up. They did a great job with that as well. I would use their services again and I strongly recommend them.

Realized the capacitor was bad so called KM at 7:45 pm on Saturday, left message on their after hours line and within 10 minutes I received a call scheduling an appointment for 30-45 minutes later. They arrived around 8:40 pm and were done by 9:15 pm with the problem resolved. The technician, Eric, was very friendly and professional. This was the 3rd A/C service call I've had to make since moving in to our house. This was by far the BEST company and technician I've ever dealt with. Their prices are fair, even the after hours rates, and they are up front about everything. As long as I live in Statesville, I will never call anyone else for our heating and air service other than KM.

Air Conditioner Died.......KM Electrical to the Rescue... Our 12 year old builder grade unit died and Josh came out and quoted us a fair price, along with several options. We chose to replace rather than repair due to the age of the unit. Zane & Austin came out early on a Saturday morning and worked thru straight through lunch to remove old unit and replace with new. All the staff were very professional and pleasant to deal with, including James who I talked to from their office. Having been a remodeling contractor in Colorado for many years... I can comfortably recommend KM Electrical & HVAC to my family & friends.
Easy to schedule. KM arrives on time ready to work. Technician is well trained and has paperwork already started before arrival. No time is wasted but technician explains what homeowner needs to know to maximize efficiency. Great to work with.
I read all the good reviews about KM and decided to give them a call due to an air condition problem. I had to leave a message due to it was on a weekend, but shortly after I left the message the tech called me back. He was a very nice fellow and very helpful! We actually spoke a couple times on the phone about the air condition. Somehow things took a turn for the worst. The tech called me back and said he would not be able to come out and look at my unit per his service manager. The reason for that is, I was told I wasn't a preexisting customer and I had already looked at my unit before calling KM. Well, as a home owner that's what you do. That has nothing to do with KM coming out and fixing it. It sounds like the service manager needs to reevaluate his position. I'm pretty sure that's how you get regular customer by accepting new ones. This just accured on 6/18/17. I do appreciate the tech being responsive and very polite and helpful, but I don't appreciate the service manager being the way he was. For future reference, don't forget who makes KM operate. Preexisting customer and new customers Mr. service manager! So, with all that being said, I called Griffin heating and air and explained the situation and of course they welcomed a new customer and didnt have a problem fixing my unit. Im not only a new customer to Griffin, now I'll be a regular. I hope this review is helpful and I hope you have better luck than I did with KM.
