This company has been great to work with. They do quality work. The person that came out today did a detailed inspection of my unit and identified and fixed a potential issue that would have caused me problems down the road.

Overall great company to handle all of your HVAC or electrical needs! I have used them for years. Every technician that has provided service has always been very polite, very detailed and provides overall quality work with a professional attitude. They are Extremely professional and knowledgeable! My house has never been this comfortable. I would highly recommend K and M for HVAC and electrical work. I have used them for both residential and commercial work and they excel at both.

My heat pump stopped on Saturday night and I called on Sunday. A really nice man came and when he saw I needed a part replaced he called the company that makes my unit and found out it was covered by the warranty. He didn't have to do that but he did. He ordered the part for overnight delivery and when it didn't show up he found a part somewhere else and repaired my unit early the next day. Reasonable prices and he went out of the way to get my AC up and running again. KM has gained a brand new and very loyal customer.

The technicians are competent, well-trained, & skilled and use their expertise to diagnose and solve any issues my units have had.
