I had a flood in my front yard this afternoon and the first two plumbers I called couldn’t come for at least a couple days. I’ll just go without water... sure. But JPs called me right back, told me what to do to help plus Deshan that came and fixed everything was awesome! Thanks guys ! Back to normal in a couple hours !

They charged a service fee of $79 to drive 5 miles and spend 7-8 minutes looking at a pipe. The diagnostic fee does NOT even go toward the repair if you decide to go with their service. It's just $80 to get an opinion and to incovenience the guy to get out of bed. On my quote am told I think this is what it is, but I won't know. $1000+ is the "best case scenario" I was looking at for the work. I had a second opinion come out today from another licensed plumber. No service fee charged and was quoted $200-300 but no more than $500. In short, over pricing and no ceiling on what repair "might cost" also with rediclous service call fees that don't even apply to the work will eventually cut their own wrist. Won't call again.

Updated review...I have been working with Devin via telephone on getting my very elderly heater up and running again. In an effort to save us money, we were able to get the parts needed ordered and ready for install all by phone. I am very convident with this company. They are now my "go to" source now for all of my HVAC needs, and will be calling them for my plumbing needs if needed in the future. They are professional and very knowlegable in their trade. Very reasonable prices. I strongly recommend JP's for any HVAC/Plumbing needs you need addressed.
