I just want to share what a wonderful experience we had with Evergreen Heating and Air. Glenn really took the time to explain the difference in the types of AC units to myself and husband. He answered all of our questions, which better helped us when we were looking at other companies to do the work as well. The reason that we chose them to install 2 new AC units was they came in at a much lower price than other companies that came out and they offered us more - the Complete Care Package. I am so glad we went with Evergreen Heating and Air!

This company was very professional and did a wonderful job with our A/C unit. Last year a different company came out, but didn't diagnose the issue effectively. The moment Evergreen's technician came out, he was able to correctly diagnose the issue and our A/C works perfect now. Highly recommend this company.

Why Five Stars? Evergreen responded to my calls and emails in a timely manner, sent reminders of appointments and notifications that the technician was on the way. Gave me value by not over selling me on things I didn't need. Installed one of my units, while making sure the other unit was good to go and explained everything so I could easily understand what and why each item needed to be addressed. I have an almost 22 year old Heat Pump for my upstairs. The unit has developed a slow leak and requires a Freon charge about once a year. Recently, the unit began freezing up. I decided to call Evergreen since they have opened a location near me. Everything was handled quickly and they even called me to come sooner than the scheduled appointment when they had a cancellation. Once Glenn arrived we discussed the situation and he evaluated the unit. It was indeed again low on Freon charge. He did not say oh you have to replace the unit right away but was agreeable to my request to charge the unit one more time. He even went into the attic and checked everything out there and changed the Spaceguard filter I had just purchased.

There was no pressure to sell me a new unit. Due to the COVID situation, me and my wife’s work hours have been cut so right now is not the time for large purchases. Glenn offered to come back and give me a quote on a new system when we are ready. I appreciate his honesty and not being high pressure to change out the unit.

I will definitely be calling Evergreen when the time comes to replace our Heat Pump.

Very professional. Answered all my questions. Technician was well mannered and confident in his skills to diagnose issues relating to my heating unit. I would definitely recommend them and I will be using them for any future problems.

Glenn and his team did a great job. They had to replace my whole heat pump system and did a fantastic job. They even installed the kind of thermostat I requested. They also had to put up with my 2 dogs. I would recommend them to anyone.

I had then out to install a new Smart Thermostat as one of the wires needed to be connected wasn’t when the home was built. The technician was extremely professional and hooked it up quickly. Excellent customer service.

Great service. I had maintenance and small repairs done on an older HVAC system. The technician, Tim, was very courteous and explained what he was doing when I needed to understand some of the work being done. Billing was clear and as quoted, and the work completed as requested.
