Glenn was on time as scheduled. He was very genuine and gave me his honest opinion on what should be done, and what would be in my best interest financially. Definitely will be having Evergreen repair/service/replace my HVAC equipment from now on. Would recommend them to anyone.

Excellent communication with the customer service to schedule an appointment for maintenance on our neighborhood clubhouse HVAC system. Alex, service technician was on time, professional and efficient. Several of our HOA members use Evergreen,. They are very pleased with their service, so we decided to use them for our clubhouse.

We had an urgent AC failure. We were unable to find an available servicer, including the company we used a couple of years ago. We live near Evergreen's Jennings Road facility, so my husband stopped by their office, midmorning, to see about availability. Danielle and Ashley checked availability and said they would work us in that afternoon between 3:30 and 4:30. (!) CoOwner, Glenn would be out to provide emergency repairs and give a replacement quote.
Their communication system was well organized and contacted us midday through text to let us know the owner was delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. They pulled another servicer, Corwin, in to do the emergency repair, then the quote was followed up promptly.
We prefer to work with local companies and really appreciate family businesses. To find all of that who are so professional and responsive is a gift. They will be installing our new HVAC system and doing any future work.

On time, very friendly and very good value compared to the "big" boys.
A previous company who did my bi annual inspection always found at least a $300 - $500 repair because the techs were on commission. Evergreen is family owned and very trustworthy. All systems have been working great.

We’ve had to use Evergren twice. First it was our furnace/ air conditioner, second it was our water heater. I can’t say enough about this crew. Not only are they friendly they are like family now as the come out in the winter and summer to check our unit to much sure the system is up and running good! I would 100 percent recommend Glenn and his crew to come to your home and help with your needs. They are the most reasonable in pricing. And again, they make you feel like family. Not many companies like these can say this these days. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ From me!

After receiving 4 different quotes for a new heating unit and first floor AC unit we decided to go with Evergreen Heating and Air, leaving our then current HVAC provider of 15 years. We have been very pleased with the service and equipment from Evergreen Heating. They are very professional, punctual, respectful and friendly to work with. Their prices are very reasonable and their maintenance program is top notch. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Great group of folks who are serious about providing excellent service, installations, and customer service. They installed a dual fuel heat pump for my home and 2 regular heat pump systems for apartments I own. They do whatever it takes to make their customer happy and I will do more business with them in the future. Glenn came out to repair a bad installation for a mini-split system installed by a competitor when I was unable to get the installer to come out and fix his installation. I most highly recommend them!
