The gang from Evergreen installed a new system for me going on 2 years now. Every service call (all part of their customer care program) has been done by wonderful techs. I’ve even used them for dryer vent clean out. So I now have a dryer that actually dries and a house that is always comfy temps! Thanks Evergreen!

I usually do not post reviews. We have received such spectacular service from this company that I wanted to take the time to give them the credit they deserve! In 2019 we had our duct work replaced and 2020 had a new HVAC system installed. Each member of their team deserves the highest praise. From Glen, to Danielle and Tim, Alex and Chet. They all work together to ensure the job is done correctly. We had some issues with our system and they tirelessly worked on the problem until it was fixed. Tim checked in with us afterwards a few times to make sure it was still working properly and was always willing to go above and beyond for us even after he was off the clock.
We appreciate dealing with a company who puts their Christian values into their work ethic!!!!

Tim was wonderful. Took the time to give us background on Evergreen and informed us of their procedures and work warrant. He did a spring cleaning of our unit and found a problem with some wiring. Explained the issue clearly and took a picture to show us the damage. He will have someone call with a quote. I appreciated his attention to detail and patience during the whole process. Nice to work with a family run business.

I had a great experience with Evergreen Heating & Air. Alex, our tech, was terrific. On time, courteous and knew his stuff. The owner, who lives in the area, even took the time because of the cost involved to drive to our house, review and make sure the repairs were appropriate. Highly recommend Evergreen...they are professional, experienced, courteous and communicated extremely well from start to finish.

Evergreen installed a new heat pump for us this past summer. The installation went smoothly. We have been very pleased with the new system. Today's visit was a routine biannual check up. The representative was thorough and very nice. We would highly recommend their services.

During an annual maintenance service Evergreen found a leaking coil. They went through repair options with us and then performed the repair. They answered all my questions at the time and later by phone. (And someone answered the phone every time called.) Thry were in touch performed the repair at the time they said they would.

This was an unexpected repair for us; Evergreen has a couple financing options that are very straightforward and simple to utilize. Will definitely use then again.

I could not be more pleased with this company.They aim to please and talk you through everything before you make any commitment or decisions.
All service techs have been friendly and went above and beyond. They are professional, courteous and gets the job done right the first go round.
From start to finish they are with you every step of the way.

I have an HOW but getting them to come out in less than a few days is a joke. I needed to get someone out now to see what was wrong with our A/C, maybe even today.
Evergreen had a ton of good reviews on Google. Well, they are well deserved.
First off, I called them, and got voicemail. I decided not to leave a VM, but lo and behold, I got a call back within minutes. I explained my situation and they understood. I needed someone to come take a look and give me an idea of what was wrong. They got someone to my house within an hour. Good start!!!
Tim arrived and we went out to the unit. He said to go ahead and turn it back on. And OMG much to my embarrassment it was blowing cold air! Tim did take a look. And after we killed off the hornets nesting in the unit, he was able to let me know what the possible issues were.
Unfortunately, you can't really fix a unit unless it is broken. So for now it is working. BUT:
Tim gave me some great information (1) how to reset the unit and (2) how to know what was wrong once it does stop working. This was well worth a reasonable diagnostic fee.
I now have what I need to know when I have to call the HOW. And if they can't help me in a reasonable amount of time I know who to call to fix our unit.
And thanks for getting rid of the paper wasps!
Follow up (eight months later): We called them for a regular maintenance visit for my two units. They came within a couple of days and did a very thorough job going over my units. They found one small issue and the repair was less than a service call for the HOW.

Alex and others were very informative on when he would be there due to a few jobs taking longer then expected and he come and got the job done quick and professional will definitely use again!

I would highly recommend Evergreen. They were so precise and walked me through EVERYTHING! They do everything in their power to help the situation and sincerely look out for the customer's well being. Great job to the employees in-house and out in the field!! They are both amazing!! Will not leave you hanging!!
