Called after hours due to HVAC issues. Called me back within minutes. Came by first thing the next morning to check things out and repair issues. Billy was great. Super nice, very professional, and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Prompt and timely service appointment. Billy was on time and very professional. Very thorough in explanation of his findings. We have an aging system and instrad of trying to upsell a new system Billy was able replace a small inexpensive component to ensure we were ready for the cooling season. He took detailed photos and explained in plain language what some potential watchouts could be. I highly recommend Intracoastal H&C if you are need of repair or routine maintenance.

Billy came out and did a duct work inspection for me, noted each area needing attention and repaired , also did a unit check and discovered a couple issues. We sat and chatted for 30min or so Business man to business man, 10/10 reccommend for any HVAC needs!

Was having issue with furnace not working. They responded within an hour. Had appointment for that afternoon. Once they arrived, issue was found and corrected. Furnace working again in.less than an.hour. Would recommend this company.

I'm writing this review for my mother in-law . She isn't tech savvy but her experience was worth a review.
Billy was very attentive to her needs , was knowledgeable and quick to get her Heat working as fast as possible. He was professional and kind . We highly recommend using him in your time of need !
