Chris came out Friday to diagnose a cooling issue we had upstairs. He called to tell me he was on his way and went right to work. He added Freon and performed a leak check. I have a feeling most companies would have given me the hard-sell on a new system since he did find a leak in my coil. Chris suggested we wait, see how long it lasts, possibly save up for a new system if and when my old system fails. YOU WILL NOT FIND A MORE HONEST HVAC COMPANY ANYWHERE...and super affordable! Thank you Chris! You are permanently in my contacts now.

Chris is on point, very knowledgable, honest , he keeps you updated throughout the process so there are no surprises. We are glad we found him and will continue supporting his business . Great guy, great company. Keep it up brother!!!

Hudson Air arrived in the time slot that they had scheduled earlier in the day and within 10 mins diagnosed the problem. Within an hour Hudson had repaired my system. Their pricing was reasonable, affordable, and at a good value. I would highly recommend them!

I have had an on going problem with my HVAC unit. I have had the 3 big name companies in Elizabeth city come out and look at the unit and tell me there was nothing wrong with it and charge me for a service call even though they didn’t do anything. Yesterday afternoon I called Hudson air and the gentleman said they could come out this morning and take a look. He followed up this morning to let me know he was going to be a little later than he anticipated. He was still here before 11 which is plenty early for me on a Saturday, lol. He actually looked at the unit rather than hooking it up to a computer and saying there is nothing wrong. He found a couple of small issues and cleaned the unit. It made such a big difference! He also talked to me about what he was going to do and how much it would cost before he did anything so there were no surprises at the end of the visit! Very happy with this company!

He was dishonest and quick to temper. We had to hire another company to fix his costly service because he would not return. If zero stars were an option, that’s what I would have rated Hudson Air.

As a local contractor I have had the pleasure of working with Chris and Hudson Air, the main reason for this review is to shed light on a one star post recently left...I was the contractor that followed up on Hudson Air's service call to Mr. Hayden. I can say the review is false, I found that Mr.Hayden had tried to repair his unit himself, thus causing more damage. I was told Chris would not come back, only to find it was do to non payment from a previous call. We have reported this post. And want people to really think about the harm your causing with a bad review that IS NOT NECESSARY!

Chris was here today to maintenance my AC unit. He is very professional and knowledgeable! I highly recommend him to anyone needing repairs. I won't have anyone but him work on it. Such a sweetheart! Keep up the great work!

I called Hudson Air on a Saturday for an emergency repair, and he was at my house within the hour. Being the weekend, and having to order the part that was needed, he got me working temporarily until he could get the part. He had the part on Monday, and I was fixed! Prices are very reasonable, and I would recommend him very highly!

I have had the pleasure of working along side of this technician for several years and he is very technical and cares about his quality of work. He only utilizes quality tools and test equipment to ensure the same results are achieved on each and every job. Chris Hudson is a good guy that will give you a thorough diagnosis and repair of your heating and air conditioning system.
