Fantastic experience working with this attentive, professional, knowledgeable, and genuine business. Frankly I knew I was giving Billy the job just by talking to his office coordinator. Sweet, understanding, flexible with my schedule and accommodating. The initial site visit for our estimate was nothing short of professional. Gave me insight to what I needed and recommendations to have my home run efficiently. Work was performed as scheduled and timely. Cleanup was fantastic and thorough. They serviced my other unit after installing my new mini split. Highly recommend and so happy I chose to support a local family owned business who takes pride in their work!!! Don't go anywhere else!

After another company failed to complete work diagnosed on service call, I contacted Intracoastal Heating & Cooling. A tech was able to come out right away. The service was top noche. Billy and Charlene kept in constant communication. Definitely would recommend!!

Billy came out same day diagnosed the problem right away as other company that has been servicing the system knew of a problem but never mentioned just added Freon which didn’t last a day then wanted to charge a service charge again. Billy is very hard and honest worker will be recommending to all looking for AC or Heating Service.

Billy was great. He was on time, professional, and friendly. Even though there wasn't anything wrong with the drainage from my HVAC, he went above and beyond by cleaning out the line and hooking up a pipe so the water will go further out from the house.

We called Intracoastal when another local company gave my father a quote that seemed a bit high. Billy came out next day was able to quote us a better unit for less cost. He was on time and completed the install with quality work. A few weeks later we used him again to replace our 20 plus year old system in our home. I would highly recommend Intracoastal for all your HVAC needs!

Very professional.Billy was great to deal with.He performed routine maintenance on my HVAC system he checked the ductwork in the crawl space of my house and repaired a duct connection that wasn’t a big deal which others said the whole ductwork system needed to be replaced.Being honest goes a long ways.
