I had electrical and plumbing work done. Both techs arrived within an hour of calling for service which was amazing! I had Devon come for electrical work, (installing smoke detectors, installing a light fixture, fixing wall sockets and re-doing wiring to a hot tub). Noah came for plumbing, (installing a new water heater, faucet and valve).

They were both extremely professional, kind and made sure we understood the process for what was being done to our new home. The work was thorough and the price was reasonable. I would definitely have either Devon or Noah come out again for any electrical or plumbing needs!

We recently had electrical work done along with a kitchen faucet installation. It was super easy to schedule the appointments and their customer service is top notch.

Joseph did an excellent job with our electrical inspection and provided a thorough explanation of recommended repairs from a safety perspective. In addition, Frank spent hours working diligently to replace our kitchen faucet (it was very old, rusted and required a metal saw to disassemble). Both Joseph and Frank are skilled professionals. Michael & Son are our official go-to for home repair and maintenance!

Frank is great. He showed up early. Quickly fixed our toilet’s supply line and fill pump. He also fielded some additional questions I had. Very happy Frank was the guy that showed up!! Just seeing he is also a Veteran so I want to thank him for his service as well!! Don’t hesitate to call and request him

The Technician was prompt, very professional and respectful. The reason I gave this business one star is because their prices are outrageous. Michael and Son advertises online that a water heater installed is $1,800.00. Then their price goes up by at least $1,000.00 once they get to your home. Do your wallet a favor and stay away from this business. You are going through a hardship for their high prices to finance the owners privet Jet. If you need a hot water heater, just go to Lowe's. Best price around.

Consistently excellent, fair and prompt service for multiple household things. We've hired Michael and Son for fan installs, AC repair, plumbing and other things and they've always come through. Really appreciate their help and they've become our go to.

We were so impressed with the level of professionalism and response time. Michael & Sons is a well run company! Our technician, Frank, was phenomenal. He explained our options without any pressure to buy a more expensive package. He spent a long time with the installation making sure everything was working properly. We’re so pleased with Frank and the overall service received from this company.

Outstanding service call on AC/Heating. Tim, our technician, was great. Took his time, corrected what he could and made recommendations on what he couldn’t. Vary patient with our questions. Michael and Sons annual plan is outstanding: covers AC, plumbing and Electrical. It’s already paid for itself.

Frank was very professional and very personable. He not only repaired the gas leak issue on HVAC system but he took concern for our family’s safety and lives by ensuring that we equip our home with a proper carbon monoxide detector. He was available for an emergency repair at night and was very respectful entering and maneuvering through the home, first by covering his shoes to prevent tracking dirt in home. He took time to show us video of the work he performed making sure we were well informed and comfortable in knowing the matter was properly repaired. Frank was great and I would do service with him again.

We had a partial power outage and Michael & Son was quick to get us scheduled and even showed up early! Steve was our technician and he was awesome. Knowledgeable, friendly, and was able to get us squared away. I will definitely be using this company again.

This company charged me over 2k for a simple plumbing repair, which was fine I understand things are expensive. What was not fine was the aftermath of the work. They said they were sending out a free water damage assessment, then forged a signature to do 750 dollars worth of water damage repair work that I did not approve and could have done myself. After calling customer service about it 5 separate times, no one ever called me back or tried to help. Who did call was collections, demanding that I pay. In the end they “did me a favor” by taking 250 off the 750 I wasn’t supposed to owe. They stole 500 dollars from me and forged my signature, and lied about it when I tried to call them out. I’m disgusted and I’ll never again call on their services. Customer service was an absolute joke, but I’m not laughing.
