Aire Serv of Wake County

My husband and I just moved to NC 4 months ago. When our heat stopped working I called our home warranty co. and they sent Air Serv to fix it. We were extremely happy with the service we received. Ralph, our technician, was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. Even took the time to explain to us how our system works. Our heat is back on and working fine. Would not hesitate to call Aire Serv for any future
service.

I had an amazing experience with Aire Serv. Ralph and his team were prompt and had my AC back up in running in no time!! They even texted me and were able to bump up my appointment to a day earlier! Nothing but good things to say about my experience with Aire Serv of Wake County.

The customer service was wonderful. The technician, Mr. Garcia, was very thorough and thoughtful. He explained the process and showed me how to make sure things were running smoothly. He lives by my motto: Treat others the way you want to be treated. He makes sure his customers are in the know and understanding of whatever services he does. KUDOS for a job well done.

I had home warranty service performed, and the tech (Greg I believe his name was) did such a great job of explaining things to me, and taking a methodical scientific approach to it. Also, their office had A+ communications with me, including providing an accurate relatively narrow appointment window, reminder, and then a call to notify me when the tech was on his way.

Mr. Hosia Garcia repaired my heat after the big storm and he did an amazing job. He kept me informed on what was going on and explained everything to me in layman terms. He was professional and informative. Thank you; you will be my go to service provider.

The professionals who work for Aire Serv are always friendly and professional, no matter the situation. Kim is amazing and always does her best to accommodate my schedule, Ralph Nichols has been my technician the past two times and has always been kind and educational, never pressuring me to do anything I don't want to do. This is a great company. I refer them to my friends and clients. I’m giving them 5 stars but be warned, they are not inexpensive. That said, they are worth their fees and as they say, “you get what you pay for.”

Our technician was outstanding. Mr. Garcia was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the issue and dedicated himself to ensuring we not only had heat but were comfortable before he departed. If we have issues in the future with our system Air Serv of Wake County will be our first call.

Very polite and knowledgeable about the process of repairing the unit. Answered questions and was very neat and clean throughout the process. Very good work and services. We will definitely use this company again.

Had another's HVAC company do an inspection which they found numerous problems with the install of a new parts. They installed a new compressor with out flushing out acid line and not using the right freon among other issues.
