Aire Serv of Wake County

After experiencing a nightmare with another HVAC company, Aire Serv was re-assigned to my home warranty claim and got the unit replaced in short turnaround. Troy & Drake were both extremely kind and made sure to explain the issue in an easy to understand manner. They confirmed what I had suspected about the other company's lack of repair and helped close out my claim without further issue. I've used Aire Serv a few other times before and have always had a positive experience. While I recognize home warranty work might not be lucrative, that didn't stop these guys from showing up and working from a place of integrity. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a reputable HVAC company.

It's Christmas eve and the heating has just gone out due to the extreme cold. Aire Serv to the rescue. What incredible customer service and support in getting us warm again. Ralph, our technician was very courteous, knowledgeable and explained the issue we were having precisely. Ralph had us back up and running in no time. Just amazing! Ralph also supported our regular service maintenance earlier in the year and did an incredible job. Thank you Ralph and Aire Serv. Highly recommend these guys!!

Aire Serv has been out to my home twice in the last three months on service calls and I could not be happier with the service. most recently, Ralph came out to repair my furnace. He was prompt, professional, and very knowledgeable. He explained exactly what was wrong in layman's terms and handled the issue. Highly recommended.
