I can't say enough about Air Quality. From the very first point of contact I had I knew I was dealing with an AMAZING company. They were professional, responsive and very knowledgeable. When Eddy arrived he was punctual and professional. He explained to me the finer points of the issues I was having. He was able to get my system up and running in no time. I thought I was going to have to replace the unit, but he thoroughly checked everything and gave it a tune up and now my both units are working great. This has to be the best HVAC company experience I've had. In the middle of July and from the time I called in the morning until my AC was repaired and working was about 4 hours, and he didn't have the part on the truck so he went and picked it up in that time as well.

Like most others have said, they were friendly, showed me what the problem was and showed me how the part was bad, instructed me on how to clean the unit to improve the airflow.

I will gladly use this company again and highly recommend them.

My lower level packaged HVAC unit was not working and I had reached out to several HVAC vendors in the area to fix/ replace the same. Unanimously every vendor suggested to replace the HVAC system as it was about 14 years old and out of warranty.

My experience with Air Quality A/C & Heating Repair was very warm and pleasant right from my first meeting.
Eddie understood my present and future needs carefully and made sure that the unit to be replaced was sized appropriately for my home. He also, provided different options in case I decide to add an additional room to my home at the lower level. Also, he made sure that there were no unnecessary expenditures getting added to my new HVAC installation.
He inspected the existing ducts, rain hoods and other fixtures and came up with a quote for new HVAC replacement that beat all other competitor quotes by at least 10% and passed on the savings to customers like me.

On the day of installation, Eddie and his team made sure that the HVAC unit was installed properly, registered my unit with the manufacturer and re-iterated their service warranty. Eddie will also be taking care of any required town inspections and approval on my behalf, to make sure that everything is installed per code.

For a family owned small business, their service was outstanding.

Summer Of 2019 I had water leaking under the house from the AC workings. Three AC companies were called. The job was awarded to this company. The technician handled it fast, diagnosed it perfectly and the price was extremely reasonable and well aligned with other companies.

We did not feel like we were the bug in a spiders web for a change. Quite refreshing.

2020 I just asked a tech to come out and again, totally professional, fast, efficient polite and I am thanking God right now as we speak because it warms my heart that this company is so honest.

My heat wasn't coming on. It was a really complicated problem, which i couldn't figure out. I called many techs who had no idea. Literally within 1 hour of giving Mr. Barakat a call, he came right over. Looked at the problem, knew the solution before even starting work. I was asking him a question, and he answered it really well. He said my furnace didn't have a flame sensor(I didn't even think about this) and he was gonna wire it in. I was like wow, how you gonna wire in a flame sensor on 30 year old furnace. HE said watch. Lo and behold, he had the heat working in 30 minutes of his arrival. I was like wow. I had been quoted to $5000-$6000 to replace a furnace, and this guy solved it in 10 minutes for less than a month of youtube tv subscription. I mean why don't they fix everything like plumbing, appliance, and cars. I begged him to start fixing my car and appliances he had a laugh. I wasn't joking. Please expand your services to fixing everything. Truly geniuses and honest. Have used them for years, and will never ever think about going anywhere else.
