Hakin was on time and very serious about what he came to do. Very friendly and did a great job. I would certainly recommend this company.

Very professional company. They replaced my old unit with a new one. I would definitely recommend this company to everyone who needs HVAC service. The installers were very polite and respectful awesome job guys.

Khalid was able to do same day turnaround for a service call. His responses were prompter and his prices were better than a large competitor's. I would recommend.

From June 22, 2021 to August 17, 2021 waiting for AHS to approve parts they could get for the cheapest price to replace my unit.

This was not the fault of Triangle AC& Refrigerator. I feel completely satisfied with the service of Triangle AC efforts to complete the job. The function of my A/C is yet to determined. It was just Installed yesterday.

24/01/2022: please update your visit and service status back to American Home Shield. This is causing us to to place another work order to fix heating. We don't have heating in the sleep area that is has to be fixed American Home Shield warranty. Kids suffering due to cold.

+ American Home Shield keep reporting that this company hasn't updated status back to them.
+ A/C unit installation done work was not submitted to Town inspection by this service provider that seems to be issue.
+ So much trouble on this service since, town inspection has failed due to Roof supporting Truss has been cut while A/C unit installation.

08/19/2021 :
+ Got their appointment through American Home Shield, and after first checking up the first floor cooling system ( water leaks from gas system, no cooling), they have not come back to fix the issue that they supposed to report to AHS and they have damaged attic door, broke light, tore the cooling system pipes.

Tech person was splitting in the lawn and without mask, continuously over the phone.

Basically, AHS still waiting for almost two weeks for their report to provide further service.

I have been using this great company since the opening of the company , the number 1 satisfaction is "they are honest." Which means a lot to people who have multiple properties and property managers , and number 2 is their quick response.khalid is a very modest and humble man.
I can highly recommend anyone without a hitch.

They not only showed up on the same day, my problem was fixed within an hour of them arriving. They explained the problem and the repair options clearly and gave me prices for each. My first time using them and I will definitely be calling them in the future.
