I just have to give a shoutout to a great company. We have been a Morris Jenkins customer for about 2 years. We just cancled that agreement. They came today to fix out unit as it wasnt cooling the house. I was told the outside unit needed to be replaced and it would be $8k-10K to replace. I thought that was high, so I of course got another opinion. I allowed Morris Jenkins to what they called "Patch" my system so it would work.

I then called Air Dynamics here in Mooresville. They sent a rep out right away and looked over my system. Mike asked me when Morris was here and what they said they did. I showed him the notes and report from Morris Jenkins. There were 4 things on the Morris Jenkins report that DID NOT REALLY GET DONE. Mike serviced, cleaned and checked my units and said No, you do not need to replace the outside unit, everything is running perfectly. But if you did, the price is $4k.

I called to cancel my Morris Jenkins service and signed up with Air Dynamics. I really dont understand how they can run their business the way they do.

My only regret is not finding Air Dynamics 2 years ago.

Just signed a maintenance agreement and had my first service. Easy, pleasant and great communication all the way through. Appt. was timely and professional. So glad we decided to go with Air Dynamics!

We've been using Air Dynamics for a couple of decades. Whether its the staff answering your call or the technician coming to your house, they are consistently the most polite, professional, and hard working.

Service tech was on time, discussed the layout of systems and went to work. He checked out systems inside and out in a timely manner and was professional. He answered any questions i had and gave me some pointers on things I could do to make my system more efficient . I was pleased with there service and tech.

Great customer service and extremely reasonable pricing! I speak directly with Diana over the phone every time and she is awesome with appointment coordination and extremely knowledgeable in regards to the different mechanics of an entire HVAC system. A + + !!!

My systems issue proved to be a challenge but the Air Dynamics crew were very tenacious in finding the problem. Very professional from office to on site. Very happy with this company.

I am thrilled at the thorough work the technicians did installing our new unit. I feel the took the time to do everything right. Each one of the technicians was incredibly polite. I will recommend them to others.

Reminded us of need for seasonal tune-up of HVAC system. Showed up on time. Repaired a minor gas leak in addition to the PM. Personable and knowledgeable technicians. State-of-the art billing. Great to have them keep my systems running smoothly and reliably.

Exceptional professionalism from the estimate through the installation. Estimator, office staff and installers were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The installation was done in a fast, neat and orderly manner. I highly recommend them.
