The Absolute Best, they've saved us twice in the past year! Once for Heat and then A/C, they answer calls on the weekend, send someone within 2 hrs, usually less, give you a quote before they begin repairing. Most of All Every time, they are Honest, Knowledgeable, and the price is half of what you expect! We will always use Air Dynamics, they have My Highest Recommendations!

We needed to replace our aging and inefficient HVAC system over 5 years ago. As I am notorious for doing, I did my due diligence, researching the various brands, models and local suppliers. Trane had a good reputation and a lot of advertising, but I soon realized that Trane and American Standard's units are made in the same plant ... even the model numbers of the internal components matched! And the Am Std pricing was not bloated up with all that advertising overhead. I obtained quotes on-site from several local dealers, and ended up making a field trip to the Air Dynamics office, reviewing my needs with the owner. The result of this has been a great system, optimized to get the highest SEER rating for the best price, all with a 10-yr warrantee. Dealing with Air Dynamics since has been easy. The techs have been great, answering all my questions as I hovered over them doing their inspection/tuneup visits every 6 months. My furnace inspection was done yesterday. The tech was on time to the minute, courteous, and diligent. I don't often take the time to write a review. But both my Am Std system and Air Dynamics have stood the test of time for me.

I contacted Air Dynamics for a second opinion regarding my 4 year old HVAC. After a recent maintenance check, I was informed that my evaporator coils were leaking oil, rusty, and the cause of my low refrigerant. The quote for repair ... $1200 (which included refrigerant, labor, S&H, and cost for the warranty claim). Air Dynamics came highly recommended by my parents in Mooresville so I figured I'd give them a call. I talked with Diane who was very helpful, understood my problem, and booked an appointment for me the next day. After a review of my indoor and rooftop units, the technician Frank said my refrigerant was normal, there was no oil leaking, and the amount of rust built up was totally normal for the age of my unit! He said my unit was running normally and there was absolutely no issues with it! I could not freaking believe it! As a customer, I really appreciated a technician who takes the time to explain what they are doing, what's normal/abnormal, what to look for, etc and not standing there criticizing others without offering solutions. I am very thankful that I called Air Dynamics and will be happily switching my HVAC maintenance service over to them! Thanks again!

Wesley and his crew (actually, they’re a real TEAM!) always go above and beyond to make sure everything is absolutely perfect! I’ve used them over the years from routine maintenance to complete replacement of my HVAC system. Everyone I’ve encountered at Air Dynamics, from the receptionist to the service technicians have been very responsive, very professional and very kind. Had them out several years ago when I thought my 18 year old system was on its last legs. Nope, they fixed it right up and I got 5 more years out of it!! I think other companies might have tried to sell me a new one (which I was prepared for)...Happily, it was a quick and inexpensive fix! Honestly and integrity is what you get with Air Dynamics and I could not recommend them more highly!!!

We had both units installed by this company and everything was great. From the service tech. Josh who came out and found out we had a big problem to the ladies in the office that I had pleasure of working with to the install tech. Tim and Andrew who where very nice and knowledgeable. I know there was 2 more guys but didn't get their names but when they saw us they where very nice as well. Great company all around.

The scheduling team is A+ professional and delightful. I had two techs come to solve my weird heating problem and they were not only extremely knowledgable, but also really good people. My go-to for HVAC for sure.

Our air conditioner stopped working upstairs. I called for service and within a couple hours, a technician was at my house. Josh was friendly & quickly diagnosed the issue. It hasn't even been 3 hours since I called and my air conditioner is already repaired and blowing cool air upstairs again. Very good service. I highly recommend this company.

What a wonderful group of people from the technicians to the office staff. They are all courteous, honest, knowledgeable, prompt, and work flawlessly as a team! We are extremely pleased with the process, quality, and cost of the new unit they installed, and it was a pleasure to meet and work with a terrific group of people. Having had bad experiences with multiple HVAC companies in the past, it is a good feeling to know that we now have a properly installed unit and can count on someone trustworthy, if needed, in the future.

Very pleased with the quick response and service done at our home this morning by Air Dynamics. We called to report that we had no heat and just a few hours later, Mike was at our door. He quickly diagnosed the problem and made the repairs. We were pleased that he took the time to explain to us what was done and patiently answered all the of the questions we had. We had our upstairs HVAC system installed today by Air Dynamics. This is the second system that we have had them replace; the first being our downstairs unit around 1 1/2 years ago. The office staff is friendly and always helpful and the service techs & installation crews are the best. They are always willing to go the extra mile. Their knowledge and attention to detail is unmatched. I've used Air Dynamics for the past 11 years to service my systems and would not entertain the thought of using any other HVAC company. They get 5 stars only because 10 stars isn't an option!
