Air Care Heating and Cooling

We came home and our house was almost 90 degrees upstairs! Our regular service provider, Travis Crawford, didn’t have availability to help us for 5 days. My mom is handicapped and we needed help asap. We even pay a monthly servicing fee with Travis Crawford and they still didn’t help us. And they were going to be triple the price. Vic came within a few hours and was so professional and helpful. He had our AC working and went the extra mile to have it paid for with the manufacturers warranty. He gave recommendations for what to do and how to keep my unit healthy for years to come. It was a great experience and we will be switching companies now!

So was great! On time, addressed the issue with no drama. I cancelled the last company because of the drama, truly appreciate sensibility!

I'm totally satisfied with these folks. The secretary is very nice and Helpful. The service technician was very cool, prompt, knowledgeable, and helpful. I would definitely recommend.

We were given a quoted time of between 11-2 pm. They called us before arrival which was so helpful for us to plan our day. Mason was very professional during the whole process, he explained everything we needed answers for. Very grateful for a company like this. Mo did an outstanding job fixing my AC. Outstanding customer service. He really listened to me and I could tell he took care of my problem like he was working on his own house. I continue to highly recommend!!!

Never good news when your unit needs repairs but the tech was professional, helpful and informative.

Not sure if I’m responding correctly, but the service was Heating maintenance. Mason was awesome. I would prefer he always provides my maintenance updates. Very professional, knowledgeable and caring.

Zo was very professional and friendly. He did a great job cleaning and servicing our AC. Mo was so personable and patient with explaining details, as well as what our best options were. He was amazing!
