Matthew Ross has been out to my home twice now to perform general maintenance on my heating and air unit. He is always very professional, kind, and prompt with his service! I am very happy I chose to purchase a maintenance contract with air care. Highly recommend! 😊

The staff at Air Care is extremely pleasant. Brittany that schedules the appointments is helpful and informative. She even called to let us know when our technician was on his way. Amir our technician showed up on time to provided maintenance on our units. He was pleasant, professional, knowledgeable and a super nice person. I look forward to them coming back out in the Spring for our AC. Thank you!

Thanks David for the excellent HVAC repair. David is a true Heating and Air technician expert who is able to spot issues others sometimes miss, and that saves you time and money. I literally had three other HVAC outfits work on my Pioneer system, none fixing the problem. But David's sharp eye spotted a wiring mismatch on the compressor hook-up. Bingo, been saving $ ever since with reduced heating cost now that my units are running 100%.
I have a High level of confidence in his HVAC recommendations.

Starting with Jackie in the office and Brittany and Peyton All the way to My technician Josh K. who came right on time Automatically respected my property by utilizing shoe covers and proceeded to immediately identify the issue and addressed it very quickly. He proceeded to also install a smart thermostat that the power company sent me he was very friendly the entire time maintaining a superb rhetoric and was able to complete the project in a very timely manner , I can't say enough about this company.

This company continues to impress me after every visit. I will always tell everyone looking for any hvac service reach out to air care heating and air hands down the best HVAC company in charlotte.

Cost what I was expecting .

We were unable to actually have the thermostat successfully installed and we came up with alternative options that we will proceed with in the near future.
