Mo was great in doing the winter maintenance on my unit. The disconnect broken when Mo pulled it out but he was able to get it fixed without any problems. Thank you Mo, great guy and very knowledgeable.

Trying to schedule warranty work was a nightmare, Air-Care still wants a service call fee on a unit that’s only one year old, won’t be dealing with them ever again, all they want to do is sell service contacts, don’t really want to do any actual service work.

Zo was very polite, professional, punctual and wore shoe covers… maybe the best part. Each experience with Air Care has been great. Would highly suggest them.

Enjoyed meeting Zo. Felt he was very competent and was able to also do maintenance on my dehumidifier under my house.

Drew Rade was very professional and not pushy at all. Did a load test, and presented options. Didn't take two hours like the others. I appreciated his honest opinions and approach. Ultimately we went with something that could be delivered and installed sooner, otherwise I would have more seriously considered Air Care Heating and Cooling's proposal.

Amir did an amazing job. He was very professional, on time, knowledgeable, and patient. I look forward to using them more with annual maintenance or issues that may come up. Highly recommend!
