Everyone from Helms who has come to my home for HVAC service and installation over the last three years has been incredibly polite and professional. I really appreciate the customer care, especially seeing as that is often lacking in this industry. Also, I was delighted to see a female service tech on my most recent appointment. This industry needs more women techs! Mackenzie was very competent and efficient, as well as having excellent customer service skills! I strongly recommend Helms for quality service and a high degree of professionalism.
Cooling system repair, the tech was very professional and patient in diagnosing the problem and resolving same. We had 2 other AC businesses look at the system and we were not comfortable with their prognosis and called Helms, best decision for us, tech Jhovani was dispatched and the rest is history, we will recommend this service provider for family and friends.
Dealt with them regarding a warranty issue, they’re very responsive and most importantly show up when they say they will. ( a lot of trades don’t) my only issue was they had to make two trips to diagnose something. I told them my furnace shuts down whenever is drops below 30 but comes on when the temperature outside rises. They diagnosed it first as a dirty filter even tho I had changed them two months ago. But I said you know what there’s a lot of construction in the area so I guess it’s possible. The gentleman (very nice great with customer service) but seemed like he wasn’t really interested in finding out if there was an issue and just went with the low hanging fruit. Second guy came out listened to what I suggested and found the issue. I think they should work on training. But I do understand in this market labor constrains are killing everyone. overall great experience tho just giving healthy criticism.

Helms was very thorough with their quote process providing specifics about each component, which made my product compare/review research much easier - never tried to push any unnecessary products or services. He even put the covers over his boots to protect my carpet without me asking him to do so. It’s the little details for me that go a long way. As long as I have an HVAC system I will use Helms.
