I have used Helms Heating and Air since I purchased this house for regular maintenance as they were the original installers. This year, it was getting close to time for a replacement. Sam Sanchez came out and explained everything in detail and helped me understand the options so I could make an informed decision. The install was scheduled recently with Cheyenne. Austin and his teammate did an excellent job with the installation. They were professional, hard working and Austin provided a summary of the work they did in the end. Those guys worked very hard that day and hauled off the old system. I appreciate their dedication, knowledge and professionalism very much! I even recommended my father get his system replaced as well. I feel very confident that my new system will be much more efficient than the old one! Thanks very much!

Helms has been our go-to company for many years and they have done an excellent job maintaining our heat pump. Although they have many great team members, Greg is the one we request. He is professional, courteous and always does a great job! We also like having the same person who really knows our system. Definitely would recommend.

Ramiro did a great job with my Furnace inspection on 11/30 - he was on time, responsive and very thorough with my questions and the inspection itself.

We have used Helms since 2015. Michael is our go to guy for whatever is going on with our systems and he keeps us updated on them at our yearly maintenance appointments. We always schedule several months in advance in order for us to book Michael to help with our service.

Very professional, very good in explaining things offered to top off the freon but I declined. I'm not using the AC very often I like it better on the warmer side. Makanzie was very nice and she definitely knows her job. Would recommend this family business. Cleaned the AC unit with a cleaning solution and rinse with water very professional.
