I purchased a brand new house where helms was contracted to install. After we moved in they kept in contact and made sure our units were registered with the manufacturer. While obtaining the serial numbers I came across something that didn’t look right, they promptly sent someone out to check it and they were able to educate me on why it was right. I casually mentioned to the tech that the system has had trouble keeping up during the 100+ heatwave and he went the extra mile to check and add Freon to the system. Both the office staff and service technicians were friendly and personable. No complaints here.
I want to brag on Greg Smith for a job well done. We’ve had to have several Helms’ technicians out to work with our cooling issue and Greg has been top notch. He is friendly, honest, and you can tell he genuinely wants to help fix a problem. He looks for all possible causes instead of guessing or taking the lazy way out. He is the best and we have been very pleased with his service.
The Helms service tech was on time and very courteous. He provided a thorough semi-annual inspection and cleaning of our heating & A/C system. We are very happy with the service that Helms has provided us over the last 4 years and highly recommend them.
Helms have always been attentive to my concerns and have always fixed my issues in a timely manner. During my new build one year warranty check, the technician brought to my attention what she thought was a leak in my attic. The roofing company was called and when they did a leak check, found small leaks in several sections of my roof. If it wasn't for the technician noticing that spot, my 1 year warranty would have passed before the leak would have grown to the point of damage to the house and costing me money. Thanks Makenzi. I'm very grateful.

The technician was very knowledgeable and very courteous. He shared his findings with my wife, and explained what he did. This was the 2nd annual maintenance (Winter) on our heating system.
John L. (the tech) is super nice and responsive. DR Horton used them to install our system and when there are problems, John has been the one coming out to resolve all problems and he has done a fantastic job. First issue was he had no heat because the dampers were all closed, so John fixed and showed me how to adjust if needed. Second time was to level up the outside fan unit/compressor as it was leaning and creating noise, so he took his time and got it right. Highly recommend asking for John L.
