I have used Coleman Service Group LLC for HVAC needs for many years and now have begun utilizing their service for other home construction needs. This company has consistently provided quality, professional service. They are very detailed and respond to requests promptly. The office staff is very professional and courteous. I highly recommend this company for their top-notch service.

Good time Charlie! I cant say enough about Coleman Services! Best customer service, best personalities and their work..perfection! Worked 2 days until 7 pm to make sure they had our new Heat Pump and new ductwork installed for this cold night coming! The owner Tony Coleman was hands on! I've waited to write a review on our experience for a few reasons. The main one being the service, follow-up, didn't match-up to what was being sold/told right out of the gate. There's a disconnect between the Coleman office and the field team that keeps the customer caught in the middle. Working with a home warranty company is not easy on either side. But, home warranty companies have specifics that they need in a timely manner. We got past that. We're now about to address the legal ramifications of; Total cost of installing 2 hvac units on a 3,000 sq. ft. home $21, 000.00. ? Of course we're going to go line by line once we finally received the worksheet breakdown on a number that size. How much does labor cost? $125/hr. Our breakdown says $500/hr X 16 hours. $8000 for labor on a $21000 job? We were told it's $125/hr per person. Okay, there were 2 people on 2 days. That's $250/hr X 8 hours X 2 days? That's $4000 total for labor. Did we miss someone? Did you come by and we weren't home? Since we're new to the Charlotte area, any attorney recommendation greatly appreciated. Preferably one with an in-house forensic accountant. We're gonna need to see the books. This happened on the coldest weekend on record in 40 years, we can't be the only "lucky" ones that Coleman "helped out" that weekend?

Emergency hot water heater replacement. Problem diagnosed and estimate given onsite within 90 minutes of first call. Work was promised and fully completed same day as the initial phonecall. Ultra professional, courteous, and very reasonably priced. Would call them again without hesitation. My highest recommendation.

Service and response time was excellent! Genesis and the gentleman (tech) who came out to check out our AC were both super nice and accommodating. He fixed us right up that evening so we didn’t have to go any longer without AC. Genesis was so nice and was able to get someone out the same evening. Coleman is our go to HVAC company going forward. We love that they’re a small family owned business too.

Tony, our technician, was a knowledgeable and experienced professional in both plumbing and electrical. I highly recommend Coleman Service Group for both your plumbing and electrical needs. Our technician installed a ceiling fan in my daughter's room, fixed outdoor electrical outlets, unclogged a drain and stopped our toilet from constantly running and wasting water. I am very satisfied with his work.

After having quotes from several businesses In the area I was skeptical that I would not be able to find fair and affordable service. Coleman Service Group gave me very affordable options. Tony was punctual, considerate and knew right away what the problem was. At first I had no idea how I was going to afford a new AC unit or who would be doing the installation. After finding out I had a Freon leak and a 20 year old AC unit, that had been kept running through charity, hopes, and dreams I called the most popular well advertised business on tv that was not Coleman Service Group at the time, and they gave me nightmare rates and finance options in the 5 digits equal to the purchase of a new car. I was also going to be on a waiting list that could take weeks to get a unit as supplies were at an all time low due to the pandemic. Luckily, I had received a referral for Tony at Coleman’s. Tony treated me like family with respect, fair prices and punctuality. Coleman Service Group went the extra mile to insure that I had a unit in place the very same week I called. I am more than happy with the service I received and will recommend them to anyone I know in the future!

Air Conditioning Unit went out, sent message to Coleman Services @ 1:am and to my surprise they were at my house by 9 am that same day. next day I had working Air!!! Tony and his company were very professional and timely. Prices were honest and fair. Would highly recommend them again!!!

Coleman Service Group techs were all very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Had some light fixtures replaced, electrical wiring, toilets installed, and HVAC wiring done. Very pleased with their service and would definitely recommend them to everyone needing any electrical or HVAC work done.
