This is the second time we have been assigned this company and the same Technician! They are very prompt to respond to the call, scheduling, showing up and completing the job in a timely manner! I highly recommend them for your A/C needs!
It was an okay experience working with them. I would suggest some of the employees to really stick around a little longer to inspect the entire system instead of just diagnosing one area each visit. One had to come to my residence multiple times. Also, there was a time I literally JUST opened the door and one slipped through the crack of the door. I didn’t take a liking to that at all. Other than that, I probably wouldn’t be asking for service here unless they fix whatever is going on there. Hope this feedback helps anyone.
Worst experience with them. Not thorough, unprofessional and greedy. My AC stopped working in the summer on a weekend 3 days after my baby was born. RC Refrigeration technician looked at one part of the AC, diagnosed and fixed something which lasted exactly 2 days before the AC stopped working completely. Additionally, there was now water leaking from the bedroom ceiling above which the AC was located. On his 2nd visit same guy now looked at the unit in the attic, and gave another diagnosis and wanted more money on top of the hefty sum we paid on his initial visit. This was on top of the trade call fee through the warranty. We had to call a different company to look into it.
zero rating, just don't waste time and money. These guys are hopeless. With out touching anything they suggest this part need to be replaced and provide a wrong diagnosis. Worst technicians.
