Well, I don’t know where to start. One of the most unprofessional companies I’ve dealt with. The quality of work was poor. When needing to contact any sort of project manager at their office it was near impossible. Upon meeting the owner he appeared to be intoxicated. Overall just a mess to deal with. Commercial work is way out of their skill set. To any homeowner I would be very weary of allowing them to do any work at their home.

Our Armstrong technician, Brian., came out to change our AC unit and did a phenomenal job. He was right on time and his expertise and knowledge were exceptional. Brian provided excellent customer service and professionalism during his visit and he’s also one of the most personable guys you’ll ever meet. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service he provided . also i want to thank Dennis the owner and Diane in Accounting!

These guys came and fixed the furnace at the house I am renting. They were nice, professional and they made sure I had heat the same day. I was really amazed at what they did and how they went above and beyond for my comfort. Thank you! I appreciate the job you guys do!

If you want to be charged multiple times for the same problem this is who you should call. Commercial repairs are way out of their scope of repairs. Might be OK if your pilot light needs lit.

This company is amazing. Called a few big names and got the run around. Decided to call a local and within an hour after normal hours,they were at my home and helped. They are hands down the best company to call.
