Triad Heating & Cooling Inc.

This was our first experience with Triad Heating and Cooling. We signed up for the annual PM program. Our technician was very experienced and helpful. He checked everything completely and repaired a few items that needed attention. We have had PM programs before and the overall value with this company is as good as anything we've had in the past. I/we feel reassured.

Brantley Moore with Triad Heating and Cooling was on time. He got right to work doing a service check on both upstairs and down stairs systems. Even though everything was good, he took time to go over the service check with explaining as he went. Very friendly and very courteous which is what we have come to expect from Triad.

Triad came out to repair and clean our ducts. Mice had eaten through the ducts and insulation was blowing out the vents! I have asthma and this caused alot of problems. They were so meticulous in the repair, cleaning and MAKING SURE none of the dust or insulation blew into the house during the process or when cleaning up. He took a separate vacuum and cleaned all around the vents as he went along just so I would not have an asthma attack! He above and beyond and the service was excellent! Highly Recommend!

Spectacular company who cares about its customers and is truly knowledgeable about the quality work that they put in. They are very responsive and punctual. I appreciate their professionalism and the extraordinary customer service they provide. The integrity that they hold is unlike any other, I really feel as it they look out for their customers. Triad is the best. They are always there for us.

Several years ago my mother needed to replace her heating and cooling system. Since she was elderly she depended on her children, 5 of us, to help her make these kind of choices. We got estimates and my siblings felt we should save her money and go with a more economical quote than Triad's. I was outnumbered so we went with another company. We have had to install 2 window units since the system will not keep the mobile home cool enough in very hot weather. Triad is the best!

Brantley, the technician, was professional, polite, knowledgeable and provided excellent service. He answered all my questions and explained the work he was doing. He also discussed options on future maintenance, repairs, and replacement. I will only be calling on Triad Heating & Cooling Inc for any HVAC work in the future.

This company is awesome. They quoted a reasonable price for a new heatpump. Adam, Mike, Brad, and Scottie were very professional and really did a good job explaining any questions. I recommend these guys.

They got us a great American Standard HVAC unit with outstanding financing options. Not only that, the service they provide for maintenance is excellent. I feel I can trust this company and I rest well knowing it was money well spent.
