Brantley cleaned our vents for us. He was very pleasant and let me know what the process entailed before he began. We chose Triad Heating and Cooling because they provided the best value quote (and didn't need to come out to provide the quote so we also saved a service fee). They were very responsive via text and easy to schedule with.

Brantley came out to service our furnace and was very thorough and professional. He took time to explain our unit and setup, and took photos to show how well it was working. We’re very pleased and will be calling them again.

Had new heating and air system installed in Dec. Have had a few issues but Tracey has made it right. Tracey is awesome! Met Brantley today for my maintenance very friendly great guy. Look forward to working with him in the future.

The guys who replaced our AC/Furnace seemed thorough and I was happy with their service.

Brantley was a pleasure! He explained what needed to be done and performed the service well. It was pointed out that we did not have an overflow switch on our drain for the ac. After our approval he installed it the same day and made sure it worked properly before leaving. Everyone we have worked with from Triad from the initial contact to the services we have had performed has been excellent!

I started having cooling issues yesterday and called to make an appointment to have my unit checked. I was expecting a long wait since it is summer, but they were able to send a tech out first thing today. The tech, Tracy, arrived well within the stated timeframe. He was quick, friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely would recommend Triad and Tracy to anyone who has HVAC needs.

UPDATE: 4/7/2021: We had our ducts cleaned & sanitized today, and we already can tell the difference in our air quality. If I could add the before and after pictures I would so everyone can see the importance of getting ducts cleaned especially when buying a foreclosed or ‘not’ spanking new home. Also the fact that Triad Heating & Air did an amazing job, (thanks so much Brantley). I can guarantee that most of the debris, dust , dirt and/or mouse droppings in our vents had been here prior to us purchasing. We bought our home as a foreclosure 8 years ago (home was built in 98 and hasn’t had any cleaning until now) and man I wish we would have had this done a lot sooner. It took our allergies, my 6 year old daughters breathing issues (plus visually looking in vents), and having a mouse come in the house for us to get someone out. This is something we’ll have done again the the far future.

3/26/2021: We had Brantley out for routine maintenance on our unit (before scorching temps set in outside). Our appointment was between 12-4, (closer to the 1pm window) and was very professional. He was very thorough with cleaning, and checking over our unit. We have upcoming appointment for duct cleaning as well. We will continue to use Triad Heating & cooling for all future needs.

Brantley came out to service my upstairs A/C. He was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He also checked out my old downstairs system and explained to me how the system works beyond just the basics. All was good. He informed me that Triad Heating and Cooling could add my old unit to my current service plan for a reasonable price. It’s a very good service plan so I included my downstairs unit to the plan. I’ve been very happy with Triad H &C from sales to installation to service. I highly recommend this company. Very friendly staff and great customer service!

I had one of their technicians, Brantley Moore, diagnose my system and replace a thermostat. Brantley was very professional and did a fine job and got it done quickly. We will definitely use them again and hope to get Brantley as our technician.
