Love doing business with Triad Heating and Cooling. They are the best. Every six months the same technician comes out to service my heat pump. Brantley is amazing. His attention to details and willingness to keep the unit running as efficiently as possible is second to none. Like a good auto mechanic knows a car, Brantley knows my HVAC unit. Courtney was very helpful in explaining the maintenance contract, emailing all information and scheduling a time that worked for us. Brantley contacted us the day before asking for our filter sizes and confirming time of appointment. He arrived on time to provide our routine maintenance and shared all information to ensure we had no questions. Very friendly and professional. Very pleased with entire experience.

My Husband and I just bought our house in May and the ducts and vents had never been cleaned, they gave us before and after pictures of the work that was done which was amazing and also reassuring that we made the right call because the ducts and vent were awful before, it was so comforting knowing we are now breathing clean air and our daughter will be too when she arrives in a month! Brantley was Informative and helpful without being pushy or intimidating ; shared photos of existing pieces and new replacements. Worked hard and did a great job making recommendations and explaining what was needed and why it was needed. Air compressor was cleaned and looks brand new again despite being 5 years old.
