After taking several quotes I chose Hawley Air to replace my 2, 30 year old heat pumps and clean all the duct work and I'm so glad I did! Jeffery salesman gave me several options to consider and thoroughly explained pros and cons of each. After spending some time with him it was clear to me getting the best system for my needs was more important to him than just making a sale. They started by cleaning all my duct work. The 4 guys that came to do this were on time, polite, and very efficient as they worked, I never saw them take a break or even stop for lunch. The before and after pictures were eye opening with no damage to the old duct work. On installation day same thing, right on time, very professional and experts. They worked together as a team with Justin working downstairs and Shawn upstairs. Joe and Skylar worked outside. Everyone answered all my questions and clearly wanted me to have a high quality install. Owning 4 houses and my old system here being 30 years old I've dealt with lots of Heat and Air Companies and as a consumer you have lots of choices but I'm here to tell you Hawley sets the bar high for all others to try to meet! This day and time it's hard to get good workers and especially hard to keep them. When several of a company's employees tell you this is the best company they have ever worked for there's your sign! Shawn and Skyler came back the second day to finish the upstairs unit which was in a very tight difficult closet and didn't leave until they knew all was perfect and I knew how to use the new wifi thermostats. It was an awesome experience and I will definitely be getting Hawley to maintain and do my work in the future! Lastly Charlie in the office who I spoke to several times was friendly, professional, and treated me like family. Heating and Air systems are a huge investment but even more important is how and who installs your system. Choose Hawley you'll be glad you did! I'm sure when the inspector comes they are going to say WOW this is a nice job!

Jacob and Tyler were here to fix our unit that running on aux heat again. This time they did a complete inspection of the complete system, including motor and airflows They were very clear with there explanation on repairs performed . They spent a lot of time ensuring all settings were correct so we would have no problems. It will be pleasure having them as our service group.
