So fast! So professional. The whole team was amazing and on point from the scheduling admin to the AC techs, these folks were AWESOME! 100% recommend to any friends or family in the triad area! I have three small children and no AC on a 90+ day is a bit of a nightmare for everyone. It’s so hard to find reliable and competitive priced home services but these folks are TOP NOTCH. I searched a large number of highly rated companies for air duct cleaning service for our home. Hawley offered very competitive pricing with a 5-star rating. After calling to get more information about their process and type of equipment used, I contracted with them to clean the air ducts in our home. I am glad I did. Three surprisingly young men, Noah, Collin, and Cam have positive attitudes and are professional, attentive, skilled, and very polite. Their boss Jeff came by to check on the work. I was impressed by their work ethic, making sure everything was done well.They even found a detached vent and repaired it securely at no additional cost. Any questions were answered clearly. It is clear that they deserve their 5-star rating. Highly recommended.

My AC went out, and Tyler was able to come with an hours to help me understand what happened and also give me options to fix it. I truly appreciate his professionalism and would recommend him every day of the week.

This is the second time using their services and I would recommend them hands down, no question asked.
We were not having any cold air being blown so we contacted them and they were able to get us in 2 days later ( granted, the next day was the 4th of July). Tyler was sent and he was able to identify the issue and had us back with cool air in about 20 minutes. He showed the reader and what was recommended and we will always contact them and recommend them to anyone needing servicing!

My air went out on July 4th, I called many companies, and Hawley Air was the company that could come the earliest. My neighbor recommended them. We were really happy with the service and efficiency. Super happy with Hawley’s air. Unfortunately our a/c went out and was 80+ in the house. Once we called they had someone out the very next day. It was very smooth from the guys who came to check it out to the guys who installed our new unit. They had a new unit put in for us in just 48 hours. They did give us a window unit for free to help out until we got ours fixed which was super helpful. Highly recommended

When my air conditioner stopped working during the most recent hot spell; I was certain I'd have difficulty finding any company to service it. Happily, Jacob with Hawley Air was able to check it the same day I called. He was terrific - professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely continue to use them for my future air and heating needs!

Jacob was so professional and knowledgeable. It was so nice to have a technician who knows his work and also loves his work! That’s very rare these days! Travis was young man who came out in 24 hours after I called for an appointment. Chris our install manager Joseph is the mechanic an the apprentice would be Zach who all worked hard on the installation. Hawley did an awesome job on my new ac. Was on time, very professional, explained to me what they were doing. The technicians were very polite cleaned up after themselves and the price was right on the unit. I would highly recommend using Hawley.

Had a mini emergency today with my heat going out in January with a toddler. I called this morning and there was someone at my house by 1. Cole took great care of us and helped get the issue figured out and fixed. Even caught a possible issue in the future. I will be using them any time we have an issue with our heating or air!
