Hawley responded to my need quickly. They sent out technician, Tyler, to service and repair our HVAC system within 8 hours of calling. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional, as well as honest. You don’t find that often. Would highly recommend this company for any of their services.

Jeffrey arrived promptly to give us a quote for a new heat pump system. He was very professional, listened to what we were looking for, did a thorough job of evaluating our current system, and gave us multiple options. He sat down with me and explained each option. Out of the 10 quotes that I received, Hawley gave us the most affordable quote for a base model. We opted for a higher efficiency system and no other company came close to matching in terms of price for equipment and efficiency rating.

Our appointment was scheduled promptly. Zach, Brayden, and Malcom arrived exactly when they were scheduled to. They were all very professional and worked efficiently together completing the entire install by the early afternoon. The workmanship exceeded my expectations in terms of quality and attention to detail with clean line management. They stayed as long as it took after the unit was installed to ensure that the unit worked flawlessly with my existing zoning system and thermostats and they left my house cleaner than they found it.

It is refreshing to have found a company that is locally owned, with great people, and honest pricing that takes pride in the their workmanship. I will be using them for any of my future HVAC needs and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC services.

We have been using Hawley Air for a little over three years now and have never had anything but a great experience. They first came out same day to fix our AC during a heat wave and we have been on their maintenance plan since. Staff is always super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I had Hawley Air install my Trane system. They were initially Comming out today for scheduled maintenance. But two days before we lost power to the thermostat. Turned out to be a problem with a sensor. The people that work for this company are great. The ladies in the office work just as hard as the technicians that come out. Today, Jacob was on site with me getting the system up again and did his seasonal maintenance work as well. Very thorough and explained everything in great detail. Hawley Air is very professional company. They ensure you as a customer are treated with upmost respect and they are very tidy and do an amazing job! The entire staff that I have worked with so far have been top notch and make you feel like a valued customer! I highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a great HVAC company to get in touch with Hawley Air and let them show you what they can do for you!
