    While away on Christmas break, our system was suddenly disabled. I called Amber (Customer Server Professional) at 4;40 in the afternoon and within 5 minutes she had a technician deployed for the next morning. Amber was kind, professional and never once made me feel like my urgency was a burden. Rather, she was attentive and I felt she was totally engaged in helping us find a solution. Since we were remote, the situation felt daunting but we trusted Amber's direction and game plan and are absolutely thrilled with Summit's service via customer service and their technician's expeditious service and technical expertise. 5 stars all the way.

    I have used the services of Summit Air and Electric for 11 years (and two different homes) and have had nothing but positive experiences. The office staff, installation staff, and maintenance and repair staff have all been friendly and very professional. Response times have always been great. They have treated me as a valued customer and never tried to "upsell". I highly recommend!

Omar Urbano worked on my home and he was a thorough professional, who answered all my questions before the job started and finished the job in the most proficient manner.     Summit Air & Electric is amazing! The customer service was great. My air stopped working on Tuesday evening at 7 PM and was fixed by 4 PM Wednesday. Lee returned my call after hours on Tuesday night to help me trouble shoot and when that didn't work he had someone at my house the next day. Chris was the tech that came out to fix it and he was very professional! Good customer service is hard to come by and I give them an A+++. I will never shop around when I need heating and cooling repairs I will always call Lee at Summit.

    I had a problem with the thermostats shutting off. The company is very easy to work with and is very concerned about my situation. Earl promptly arrived and found an electrical problem that an electrician needs to address. He is very professional and quite helpful. I enjoyed having him in my home...THANKS EARL!

    Great company. Always fast to come fix a broken unit and they replaced our 20 year old system quickly for a reasonable price. We've also used them for extra outlets and switches. I recommend them to everyone.

    We purchased our new home May 2015 with 2 HVAC installed and serviced by Summit Heating and Air. As our previous homes were older, we were thrilled with the idea that we would finally have cold AC. We are still waiting...multiple visits, beginning within the first few months. Every year they have come. On one occasion, it was the mother board. Another for a Freon charge. This last month, after much investigation, it was decided to be an internal valve, which they would give us a “special deal” at $550 since we have had so many troubles. Installation labor is another issue and since “it’s probably out of warranty by now”-their words. Also, when questioned why there are so many issues, the response of “you just never know what you are going to get”. I’ve read this chapter and I believe I know what we will get, anther warm/hot summer and no acceptable customer service. Bonus room Vents blow on two floors and they still can’t fix that....1 star is generous!
