We were experiencing some issues with one of my AC Units. Upon calling Climate Expert the owner, Cosmin, was very professional over the phone, very understanding, and was willing to come the very next day to come service our house. Cosmin came on time and was ready to examine our home. He was very nice and offered a ton of advice on how to keep my units on top shape. He was able to diagnose our issue and remedy it all on his first visit to our house. Pricing was fair and I am very happy with the service we received. We will be using Cosmin and Climate Expert LLC for all of our heating and cooling needs going forward. Definitely recommend for anyone having issues.
