Cosmin came highly recommended by my brother-in-law and a friend of mine. So I called him to look at my A/C system and he was able to come quickly, diagnose the problem and fix it. It was quickly obvious he was very knowledgable in what he was doing. His cost was very fair as well. I highly recommend Cosmin with Climate Expert LLC!

I am surprised by all 5 star reviews. Owner is very unprofessional. It took few phone calls to get him to our property to evaluate. No follow up for 2 months on part that needs to be ordered. Upon calling, I get voicemail that he is on vacation. No on call service etc. When asked specific questions about follow up, he got very upset and became rude with profane language. Will not do business with this company. Not recommended.

I feel it to be necessary to provide feedback to response provided by business owner:
-In regards to your first comment about home warranty, I fail to understand your point. Of course I have home warranty . When I realized there was a problem with AC, I called them who gave me your contact as their service provider. I never questioned the fact that they have to approve all repairs.
-My primary issue has always been that you have not informed me of any updates and despite multiple phone calls, I did not hear from you. From the verey first time, you did not return phone calls. I had to call my warranty company to get a hold o you and when I asked to be kept informed, you became verbally abusive and hung up on me asking to find someone else. It is not a surprise that home warranty company has dropped you as their provider based on this experience (they could not get in touch with you either).
-In regards to your comment about leaking coil, again, I never questioned that. I also realize national shortage. My only ask was to give me phone call at lease once in few months that we were dealing with it.
-Lastly, the freon gas. If I remember correctly, when you diagnosed the problem, you mentioned that it may be a while before you get coil and because there was a delay on your side coming to my house first time around, you filled it. You have charged my home warranty company so technically, I have paid for it and therefore, it is not free.
