I finally found an honest provider. I understand that problems occur and mechanical parts need to be fixed from time to time. I'm okay with all of that as long as honesty and integrity is included. I have switch to Climate Expert.

Best service ever! My call was answered quickly and I got an apt for the same day (hard to believe!). Technician Sebastian and Cosmin are excellent! Very professional and got the issue with the AC fixed in no time. They were friendly and took the time to explain to us what was wrong with the AC. Highly Recommended!

When our heater started having trouble for our tenants, it quickly became a stressful situation. With one call to Climate Expert LLC, they were able to solve the problem. They answered my call immediately on a Sunday, and they were able to get to the home Monday morning. It was Mr. Bogdan who came to help us. One important thing to note is that they were multi-lingual, and my tenants couldn’t speak any English! We were lucky that he was able to communicate with them in their own language. They certainly went above and beyond in their work and with their level of professionalism. We would be glad to use their services again!

Really impressed with this service. I called in an emergency and they were able to get there the same day. We were getting a second opinion on an issue- our tech ensured us that the issue brought up by another company was not the actual issue- took a lot of pictures and was very thorough. We did end up having a different issue- which was WAY cheaper- they even worked with us on the payment and payment. I highly recommend this service!

Sebastian came over and did an amazing job. He was very honest and friendly and got our heat working again at a reasonable price too. Great experience! This will be my go to place for all my heat and air conditioning needs.

Tym came to the house to repair my heat! He was wonderful. Considerate and kind as well
as professional. The only thing was the “warranties” I was required to sign up for to use heat was a little more frustrating. Otherwise it was a good helpful experience.

I was VERY surprised, relieved, and impressed to get same-day service! The technician was courteous and professional. I appreciated that he stuck around for a little longer to make sure that there were no issues. He used his IR camera on every grate in the house and checked that cool air was coming out 3-4 times. I've never seen a technician so thoughtful and thorough, so I appreciated those steps.
